Starting in 2008, we’ve changed the way we provide ongoing support to our clients in order to offer true around-the-clock support behind all our services. Whether you need content changes, FTP support or any one of the numerous services we provide, our new system will route your request to the right contact immediately without having to navigate any maze of menus or fill out useless forms.
For starters, there’s now only one number to call for all inquiries or requests. You can reach anyone at Plattion at our 607-233-4782 number. If no one is available to take your call then your voicemail will be routed to our entire team to make sure that your request is addressed as soon as possible.
We’ve also simplified our email support. Now you can contact firstname.lastname@example.org with any issue regarding any service and it will be addressed immediately. We don’t ask that you consult any knowledgebase or FAQ before contacting us either. We are here to solve any problem, no matter how big or small. We only ask that you identify your company name in the subject line where “<client name>” appears and we will figure out the rest.
We hope you find these changes to be significant improvements to working with us. As a small business, we’re able to eliminate most of the hassles of getting support that you routinely encounter with larger service providers.
